I was very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the receptionist was, who ultimately put me through to Matt. Matt very promptly returned my call and advised me immediately that my car problem was covered under the warranty. I had my car fixed at a local garage and the bill was taken care of with no problems at all. I am very happy with this whole transaction!!      5/5 My claim adjuster Matt made this super easy. All I did was call and say what I needed fixed (it was a water pump for my Chevy Cruz, still under warranty) and all he needed was the place I wanted to get it repaired at. It’s now getting fixed ? Staff was always totally empathetic, considerate, professional. No issues with costs, parts, service locations, etc. Car stayed in great standing. Policy is transferable (for a fee) if you sell your car. Added a policy on my new car.
